Returns procedures

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or your item is damaged or faulty and you wish to make a return, please contact us on 01603 777765, as soon as possible. We will issue you with a returns code to enable us to deal with your return quickly and efficiently. We will also advise you on the best way to your return your parcel.

Returns need to be made within 14 working days of receipt, which includes your statutory 7 day cooling off period. Any returns must be received by us within this time.

All items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all relevant labels intact.

Postal charges will be reimbursed on faulty or damaged item, but unfortunately the buyer is responsible for the cost of postage on unwanted items.

Certain items are excluded from the 14 day money back guarantee, unless there is a fault. These are personalised items, engraved items and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
