Sales Advisor
Bradley Hatch Jewellers is a long established, family-owned business situated in the heart of the Broads village of Wroxham. Our shop is a constant hive of activity, offering a wide range of products specialising in Fine Diamonds and Vintage Pieces.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team as a Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing comprehensive advisory sales advice to customers, and promoting a unique customer experience.
The role will involve:
- Engaging with customers and managing their requests
- Meeting sales objectives
- Liaising and building relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Providing an efficient and comprehensive advisory, sales, and repair service
Essential criteria for the role:
- Previous experience working within the Jewellery industry.
- Have a passion for fine jewellery and a critical eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate with customers and build rapport.
- Able to use their own initiative with a proactive approach.
The candidate
- You would have a professional jeweller’s qualification such as JET 1 and / or JET 2 preferably (but not essential as training will be given).
- Minimum of one year within the jewellery industry.
We offer benefits, including sales incentives and a staff discount. The nature of our business also means you will be required to work additional hours at times like peak trading periods.

Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: Dependant on experience
