Sales & Visual Merchandiser

Bradley Hatch Jewellers is a long-established, family-owned business situated in the heart of the Broads village of Wroxham. Our shop is a constant hive of activity, offering a wide range of products specialising in fine diamonds and vintage pieces.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team as a sales and visual product merchandiser. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing comprehensive advisory sales advice to customers, promoting a unique customer experience, managing stock control and creating new and innovative creative window displays.

The role will involve:

  • Engaging with customers and managing their requests
  • Meeting sales objectives
  • Liaising and building relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Providing an efficient and comprehensive advisory, sales and repair service
  • Assist the director with purchasing stock
  • Build creative retail displays that capture buyer’s attention
  • Managing stock control on a regular basis

Essential criteria for the role:

  • Previous experience working within the retail industry
  • Ability to communicate with customers and build rapport
  • Able to use their own initiative with a proactive approach

The candidate

  • Minimum of one year within the retail industry.
  • Experience with visual merchandising would be desirable.

 Essential criteria for the role:

  • Previous experience working within the Jewellery industry. (desirable but not essential)
  • Have a passion for fine jewellery and a critical eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and build rapport.
  • Able to use their own initiative with a proactive approach.

 

 The candidate

  • Minimum of one year within the retail industry.
  • Professional jewellers qualification (Desirable but not essential as training will be given).

Marketing Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative person to join our team as a marketing coordinator. You will be responsible for managing the brand image across various platforms, creating media campaigns along with analysing performance with a mix of digital and traditional marketing elements. This is an opportunity for the candidate to show initiative and ambition as they develop the role.

 

The role will involve:

  • Managing the website, social media accounts and eBay, including processing customer orders.
  • Advertising on appropriate media sources, creating a social media presence.
  • Plan and create marketing campaigns and provide performance analytics.
  • Liaising and building relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Working closely with the management team to implement the marketing plan for the business.

 

Essential criteria for the role:

  • Previous experience working within a marketing role.
  • Experience managing websites and social media accounts.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT packages, including Adobe Photoshop & InDesign.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and build rapport.
  • Able to use own initiative with a proactive approach.
  • Confident in managing multiple projects.

 

The candidate:

  • Minimum of one year within a marketing role.
  • Professional marketing qualification (Desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of Google analytics.
  • Excellent at project managing and delivering on objectives.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
