  1. The web site contents, terms and conditions and all contracts formed between www.Bradleyhatch.co.uk and users shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with current laws.

  2. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  3. To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.

  4. By clicking the 'next' button to submit your order on the check-out screen you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions

  5. All prices include UK VAT. VAT will be excluded on orders shipped to outside the EC fiscal (VAT) area. You will be liable for any local importation taxes or costs due on your purchase.

  6. We have the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.

  7. Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods, we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply goods.

  8. A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order is accepted.

Delivery

  1. We aim to deliver within the timescales stated, although at times delivery may be subject to conditions outside of our control. All delivery times are approximate and we will not be held liable for any compensation or damages, as a result of late or non-delivery.

  2. If we are unable to deliver within our normal delivery time, we will contact you immediately to agree a new delivery date. If we are unable to agree a new date, we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. You have the right to contact us if we do not deliver within the time-scales outlined on the Delivery Information Page.

  3. You will only own the goods once we have received payment in full. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or delayed by you at delivery.

Your right to cancel

  1. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment your order is placed and ends 14 days from the day that you receive your goods. Should your order consist of multiple items, the 14-day period runs from when you receive the last item. This 14-day period is the time that you must decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

  2. Should you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund with 14 days of us either receiving your goods, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. We will only refund the basic delivery charge of getting the goods to you initially, so in the event of you opting for an enhanced delivery option, we will not be held liable for compensating this cost.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have an early right to reject goods that are of an unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, to obtain a full refund. Please note, this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (as detailed in clause 11), this could be the date of purchase or the date that the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later.

The following items are excluded from our 14-day money back guarantee:

  • Personalised items – including engraving
  • Items which have been resized
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Your right to a refund

13(a). Should you be outside of the 30-day right to reject, you must give us at least one opportunity to repair or replace the goods which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. You can choose whether you want the goods to be repaired or replaced. We reserve the right to refuse your choice if it is disproportionately expensive compared with the alternative. In the event that a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund, or a partial refund if you wish to keep the item.

13(b). If you have owned the item for less than six months you are entitled to a full refund if an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful. It is not your responsibility to prove that the faulty item is not of satisfactory quality to get it repaired or replaced during the first six months after purchase.

13(c). In the event that a defect develops after the first six months, you must provide evidence that he product was faulty at the time that the goods were delivered to you. We reserve the right to make any reasonable deductions from any refund for fair use after the first 6 months of ownership if an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful.

13(d). If an item is faulty and needs to be returned to us, you will not be held liable for the cost of postage to return the item to us. Likewise, if we request that you return an item that has arrived damaged or not as described, we will cover the cost of the return.

13(e) To return goods please follow the returns procedure detailed in our returns policy. We do not accept liability for the costs returns damaged in transit or not received by us, nor are we able to accept the return of earrings for health reasons except as detailed in clause 11.

Guarantees and warranty

  1. Many of our products are offered with a manufacturer’s guarantee or sold with a manufacturer’s warranty. Guarantees and warranties are a contract between you and the manufacturer, and the manufacturer must do whatever the guarantee or warranty details. If a fault develops, a repair or replacement can usually be arranged under your guarantee or warranty. We cannot be held liable for contacting the manufacturer on your behalf should an item be faulty.
