Diamond Set Ladies Cocktail 18ct Gold Watch

Pre-owned diamond set ladies watch circa 1930/40s design. The cut corner square silvered Arabic numerals and black hand dial is surrounded by faceted small rectangular onyx stones with small eight cut diamond corners. The hinged diamond set shoulders of the watch are set with twenty eight diamonds of eight cut and of various sizes. All diamonds are set in a beaded claw platinum setting. The back of the watch is all of 18ct yellow gold. Stamped to the back case 707953 -18K. The movement is a Swiss mechanical wind up of seventeen jewels. The watch is attached to a leather corded strap with base metal snap clasp fixing. Calculated total diamond weight: 2.00ct approx.
