Should your order consist of multiple items, the 14-day period runs from when you receive the last item. This 14-day period is the time that you must decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Should you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund with 14 days of us either receiving your goods, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. We will only refund the basic delivery charge of getting the goods to you initially, so in the event of you opting for an enhanced delivery option, we will not be held liable for compensating this cost.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have an early right to reject goods that are of an unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, to obtain a full refund. Please note, this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (as detailed in clause 11), this could be the date of purchase or the date that the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later.
