Consisting of a single oval blue sapphire set to the centre in a millgrain edge setting, surrounded by a double halo of millgrain set round cut diamonds, forty-eight in total, with a further four diamonds set to each shoulder. With a plain polished shank and decorative pierced out under-setting.
